Model adjustments

Update our existing Welcome models to match your unique needs. We allow for layout adjustments, room additions, and custom aesthetic requests.

What we offer

Rearrange the layout

  • Swap adjacent rooms
  • Convert flex space into additional bedroom

  2. Receive draft modifications from Welcome*
  3. Approve final model layout
  4. Proceed through standard Welcome purchase process

Option two

Custom model design

Work directly with Welcome to create a custom model, tailored to your vision. Based on your layout requests, budget, and architectural inspiration, we design a bespoke home.

How it works

  1. Share your home vision in a complimentary consultation.
    1. Layout requirements (size, bed/bath count, etc.)
    2. Budget range
    3. Architectural inspiration (e.g. mood boards)
  2. Receive draft model concepts and estimated pricing from Welcome.*
  3. Approve a final model design.**
    1. Once approved, Welcome will start preparing preliminary construction plans for your builder.
  4. Choose your interior finishes and upgrades.
    1. To support this process, Welcome will provide hyper-realistic custom renders for all primary living spaces.
  5. Proceed through the standard Welcome purchase process.***
